spurs to loft

Although regs state that you cannot take a spur from a spur...Can i feed 3 spurs in continuous line from a bedroom socket into the loft if i put a 13a FCU between the bedroom socket and the 3 spurs in the loft?
And if so does this then comply with regs?

Obviously 13amp is your total loading then - so don't go putting space heaters and bright lights up there icon_wink.gif
