silicone sealent + hw long does it take to settle

Hi new to the site I have just gt new double glazing windows fitted how ever hw long will I have to wait till I can refit my vertical blind fitting + put the slats back on any help ? Thanks

Surely the silicone is only visible on the outside?
Its there to prevent water ingress so go ahead and sort your blinds!

Yeah u cn see a little on the outside bt the window fitter told me not to put the whole blind up just the fittings and the rest tomorro as the sealent needs 24hrs to settle bt do u think if I leave it for a few hours this will be ok ?

It'll start to skin over within an hour until it is fully cured usually 24hrs, if it was applied today leave it as long as you can if your adamant on refitting your blinds tonight, just don't go poking your fingers in it as it'll looks pants for the rest of your life :evil:
