The South African Government ought to get their finger out and pay to help their own people.
 
South Africa has had or are having their aid withdrawn by the US, it's causing a bit of an outrage.
It's in response to Cyril Ramaphosa introducing a new law in January making it easier to expropriate land from white farmers without compensation.

That this is the same country that led the charge against Israel in the UN courts claiming apartheid and genocide.

There are no official statistics for the number of white farmers who have been murdered in South Africa in recent years.
