It is ultra rare these days that a dinghy full of migrants ever reaches U.K. shores, such is the efficiency of the border patrol and RNLI taxi services. I’m pretty sure if they were not running those taxi services, there would be plenty of people on the beaches pushing them back or fending them off.

In order for there to be sufficient people, at the right place, at the right time, they would need some massive funding to predict where and when the next boat would arrive.

Perhaps you could start a whip round to buy the required surveillance equipment to predict where and when the next boat would arrive?
