Yes they were terrible shows of soldiering and not the norm, this is out and out murder, no excuses for this behavior. I found it disgusting that they coud do such a thing, As I have said, both sides have committed war crimes and should face disciplinary action, the thing is though it will be all one sided as Israel is expected to tow the line whereas hamas consider this behavior as the norm with no repercussion's.

Are you ignoring the hundreds of Palestinian civilians, including children, murdered by Israeli civilians and IDF prior to October 7th?
Palestinians in the West Bank don't have access to firearms, Israeli civilians and IDF do. And many Palestinians are frequently injured and killed by firearms in the West Bank. No-one is ever charged with their deaths.
Now who could be doing the shooting?

If the answer is yes, then he fits the description of a sniper.
