SPLINE was ecstatic when Vladimir Farage scrapped all human rights……..

Seek out Rupert Lowe's plan for mass deportations, released today Notchio. Huge and detailed document, it is in two sections, the first deals with the loony left and with loony left law that would hinder deportations; the second is the mechanics of deportation. Section two can only be enacted once the loonies of section one have been dealt with. He must have been reading my posts.

I've said it before myself, including on here, and James Cleverly said it on a news prog the other day. Here's what he said (not exact quote but gives you the idea):

Our political system is basically a party gaining power, making certain promises, staying in power for x years getting some things right some things wrong. The other parties point out the wrong stuff in opposition. Then one of them gets voted in next time around. They then make promises, staying in power for x years getting some things right some things wrong. The other parties point out the wrong stuff in opposition. Then one of them gets voted in next time around ...

I'm not sure what the solution is, however the current system is sh1te. And it means things that require a cohesive long term and stable strategy e.g. around health, travel, energy, immigration etc get chopped and changed with each new administration.

They're all charlatans just managing the decline of this country. Don't even bother to give electorate any hope any more, even if it is false. They don't dare tackle the big issuses that they promised to or that urgently need tackling. Just successfully tinkering with bs like micro-managing our lives with banning people from having bottomless fizzy drinks in takeaway, or banning something or selling idiots false hope that the next scheme of ID cards will solve immigration where their previous half dozen schemes failed. Only a fool would keep voting for those that lied to them and continually broke their 'promises'.

Rupert Lowe: went to top private school Redley college, spent his career in the city.

Rupert Lowe is an establishment elite millionaire who is using asylum seekers as a common enemy to unite voters against.

Poor Spline thinks he is voting for change…..Lowe is just another establishment Tory elite :ROFLMAO:

Rupert Lowe's
Is that the Rupert Lowe who publicly is a climate change denier and net zero critic?

The same Rupert Lowe who knows renewals and net zero is the future because he is a director of a company that sells green technology and he is an investor (once director) in Kona energy.

Huge and detailed document,
you need to go and read it

firstly it does not mention anywhere how to get returns agreements with other countries

secondly it refers to Americas use of pressure tactics to force other countries to accept returns (but forgets to mention USA has a tad more clout than tiny UK)

thirdly it removes all human rights legislation and doesnt mention any replacement leaving British citizens with not rights against a dangerous govt (see what ICE are doing in USA)

fourthly it mentions a cost of £30b but forgets to mention which taxes it would increase to pay for it

here is the shambolic opinion piece masquerading as a "policy"

poor SPLINE posts stuff but doesnt do his research

I'm really glad I've never in any way nailed any political party's colours to my mast.

I have an elderly relative who's been an activist, campaigner and candidate for one of the parties all of his adult life. He privately confessed to me that he's gone so far down the road of supporting them that he feels obliged to continue, despite having serious doubts and knowing it's largely illogical and falls down in so many ways.

I suspect many lifelong labour supporters are currently in this camp. Feeling the need to keep the faith despite supporting THE most unpopular PM ever on record, just hoping it's all just a rough phase and the promised sunshine and flowers are just around the corner.

Surely, among ever more desperate lies and the economy crashing and burning, employment reducing every month, at some point you must start to wonder if you were wrong?

All political parties have various factions within the party. It's not limited to the Labour Party. That's why they have whips.

No idea, so he's involved with an energy company. So what?

The subsidies involved around net zero are insane. I wouldn't blame anyone for taking advantage, it's the biggest money giveaway ever.

I wish I'd invested in this nonsense. I didn't, but I don't blame anyone else who did.

I've had subsidies for eco heating and insulation. I'd have invested without the subsidy anyway, but I wasn't going to refuse free money.

Don't blame the players for playing by the rules of the game. If you don't like the rules, change them.

I'm not referring to minor disagreements over policy, but to fundamental issues with the overall concept.

Socialism keeps people poor. If Labour policies made everyone wealthy they wouldn't vote for more help. They want poor people to remain dependent on benefits so they keep voting for them.

If we get short of poor people they'll import a load more.

Which overall concept are you referring to?

Is that your honest opinion, or one projected on to your elderly relative?

If we get short of poor people they'll import a load more.
People aren't importable, like goods.
They come to UK for various reasons. If the government wants people to come, they create incentives.
If they don't want people to come, they create disincentives.
But the people react, or not to those policies of the government.
They can't be imported at will.

Awww, your sweet innocence.

We used to import the people we needed. We had factories, not enough manual workers so we incentivised people to move here to do that work. Great, we ended up with enriched communities of different cultures, people got to know each other while working together, bosses made profits, the government got tax from them. All was well.

This isn't how things now are. We already have millions of unskilled people being paid to do nothing all day. But we continue importing unskilled people with no value to us.
