In 2017 he was jailed for 8 months for wire fraud. After he was attempting to defraud CRIMINALS on the dark web by masquerading as a money launderer.
Now then I haven’t looked into this any further but it shows you that you cannot take anything warey says at face value. - Its how the left operate all the time.
 
From what I have read about this is that he wasn't an elected MP when these funds/gifts were given to him, not huge amounts either but as far as I have read, no rules were broken. Looks more like a smear campaign to me than anything of any significance.

That's why garbage and his goons are desperately trying to claim that the £5m bung and the latest revelation of donations from a convicted fraudster were just 'personal gifts'...

The so called "donations" were letting farage stay overnight at his gaff a couple of times as a personal friend before he was an mp
