Hi,im just wondering what other peoples opinions are please while im waiting on someone coming out from the council to take a look,they havnt been very helpfull in the past when it comes to repairs so i havnt much faith in them now (everything gets patched up cheap as poss and make do sort of thing coz they dont like spending money) so before they do eventually get round to lookin id really be gratefull for any ideas as its worryin being right above mine and my kids beds so id just like a second opinion sort of thing from people in this kind of work..its a council rented semi detached that ive lived in for 22yr..its gone from a annoyin brown stain that refuses to go no matter how many layers of paint i put on...to in the last few days a actual trickle of water runnin right down the bedroom wall to the skirting board with us havin a few bad days of rain..im goin to try and get some pictures of the roof/chimney from the outside first thing tomorrow when its light and tonight il try to get some better pics of the loft to c if that gives anyone any clues...not sure if its just me (im certainly no expert lol) but it looks like some bricks are missing on the right side of the chimney breast in the loft and thats right above the problem in my room..could be totally wrong,like i said il try my best to get some better pictures.
But any ideas would be really apreciated honestly..
