This is a bungalow so no upstairs rads, is there always somewhere else on a system other than the boiler to release the pressure. Bob

can I release the pressure from a combi boiler prior to releasing a radiator away from the wall to decorate behind, the reflector plate has come away, the last time I did this even though I had turned off both valve`s the water still squirted out until the pressure had been released.
