Pretty sure that there are no other valves. Programmer is a Landis & Gyr RWB200. The boiler is a Potterton and is fairly old (at least 15 years). I can't find a model number for it.

I want to install a cylinder thermostat on my gravity fed hot water system. From what I have read I will need to put in a 2 port zone valve between the cylinder and the boiler. Does the thermostat just need to control this valve or does it need to tell the boiler to turn off (if so won't that...
