ok thanks for the advice, i cant get access to the outside of all four walls because my neighbour has built a wall against it tho so i can only do three sides :(

First of all i know NOTHING about building work. i have a detatched concrete pre-fab garage and the floor level in the garage is lower than that of the surrounding yard. as a result water is getting in at the part where the wall meets the floor. i know your supposed to dig trenches etc outside...
