Looks identical but mines from 2014, no switch I can see, no button, nothing to slide move etc all completely enclosed. Really shouldn't be this hard! I've emailed supplier

It moves backwards and forwards and side to side. If I pull upwards feels secure like it'd break if I tried to lever it. No small holes anywhere

It was from Victoria Plum. Remove top and bottom panels? You mean the hidden sisten casing? Already done that and no visible fixings.

No flush fit, nothing showing

Hi, sorry for the simple question.... Anyone know how to remove toilet seat with no fixings showing, there's no cap to remove where fixings might be hidden, I can only think to prize it off with screwdriver but feels pretty solid and afraid it will snap. Thanks
