The water has emptied but as the spin hasn't taken place the clothes are still water logged. Tries to spin but doesn't get going.

Currently having problems with my washer drier - approx 4 years old. Very temperamental on spin drying, sometimes does, sometimes doesn't. Any idea on the problem and how I can fix it? Thanks 52maz
