    hmmmm maybe, in the mean time envisage boiler 2 metres from sink, and I've only just tiled to end up with a big ugly white pipe and total freak out when people tell me this pipe seeps acid!

    didn't see any cards as man was sent by my landlord and I just assumed all would be legit. Have told the kids not to use the tap as a glass could go under both tap and pipe. Hope no one in this house has! He is going to change it on sunday after an argument with him telling me its perfectly safe...
