Thank you all very much for your help. I have tried to hold the reset button down and nothing works - no the pump does not work. I hope it is nothing too drastically wrong as its my fault

No it was our builders plumber and we were never told. Anyway do you think I have done a lot of damage to my boiler - or can it be restarted. I have a plumber coming late next week to have a look

I have no hw/ch due to the fact that nobody told me to top up with water and the boiler has run dry! I have tried this reset button and turning on and off after I put some water in it but it wont start have I ruined my 2 year old boiler completely overheating it or can I save it

Hi experts. Because I am a woman never knew you had to top up water in boiler until now after 2 years. I have managed to open valve and put water in but now i need to reset my worcester 28i boiler. The button is not on the top and I cant see anything on the inside of the boiler. Does anyone...
