Yes mate , I have a contractor and he has been giving minor works certificates without carring out ant bonding . I'm aware it's ok to leave 6 MM but most jobs haven't any bonding at all

Could someone share the paragraph and paragon number that stipulates main bonding is required when carrying out a minor works certificate I think it's paragraph 131.16 in 3rd amendment yellow book Thanks in advance
