HI Ideally want to buy a new one dependant on parts places being open.. However were are you from in lancs? and how much? Do you think its just the fan or board/fan or possibly both? Thanks

Thanks for the reply mate, according to a previous post on hear it could be the board not sending the correct voltage to the fan hence it noisy fan so could it point to the board? or am i right in persuming the board is fine otherwise it would not send the signal to the fan to operate? Sorry...

Bit of advice from a novice you have a leak at a radiater or somewhere hence the pressure drop also it maybe that Pressure relief valve the 15m pipe just under the boiler going straight out.. To eliminate the pressure relief valve wrap a carrier bag around the pipe outside so if any water leaks...
