Yes, I am looking to lay the floor on old floorboards.

I have an area that I am going to have vinyl flooring laid on bit cannot afford to have the company put down the plywood. Is anyone able to advise me on what kind of plywood i have to purchase, thickness etc., and any other tips? Any information gratefully recieved.
