hi no its been fine for 5 years been serviced every year then the expansion tank went kept pressurising the heating circuit had that replaced and 4 months later this???? to the other reply it is a expert who is working on it and replaced the items listed but is now stuck to what may be causing...

help!!!!!I am at my wits end we have a vailiant ecotec+ boiler all is fine heating works great,but when you run hot tap on full pressure it runs luke warm after 2mins but if you run on half pressure water runs hot!!!! changed heat exchanger /diverter valve and still the same any ideas please...
