No, it was a British Gas on call assistance one off repair....initial problem occurred on 30th December, couldn't get anyone local to come out or had a pcb in stock on new years eve, as it was BG totally messed up, was without hot water/heating for nearly 2 weeks over the freezing/snow spell...
