    lol. The black stuff is duct tape holding many pennies on one side of the flush pipe so that it is weighted down just enough to stop it continually flushing (persistent glug glug sound). Seems to do the trick. I tried adjusting the float but like everything else it's also made of cheap plastic...

    The 'bung is the round black thing. The white bar on top is pushed up by the 'bung' inflating when the button is pressed making it flush. The 'bung itself from underneath. This is where the air comes in The 'bung' from on top. I think this may be faulty, where do I find a replacement...

    As far as I can tell, there is no spring behind the button. Hence why when the 'bung' is removed it just pops back out. I think it's soley based on the air going through the connecting pipe. When the button is pressed, the air inflates the 'bung' to raise the flush and then returns down the pipe...

    :( We've recently moved into a new flat and recently the push flush button on the toilet keeps sticking in. The cistern is hidden behind the bathroom shelf and we have to take it off every time to fix it. I've never seen this type of flush mechanism before but as far as I can see the button...
