I used gloss then noted the reply saying use undercoat ....... I will sandpaper the gloss to knock the shine off it and then cover with emulsion - that should do it ...... he hopes !!!!

Hi- Black ink stains on emulsion walls - what can you apply to stop it bleeding through emulsion paint - thanks
