Hi, it’s reverting to gmt time I.e. -2 hours from its actual time zone. It does have a smartcom. We just setup the mobile app yesterday so maybe the mobile phone the app is on is synching time as that is on uk time too. Thanks as always, AN

Yes it's a wireless keypad. When I set, I hit the UP button to wake it up then swipe tag and alarm sets. When I reenter the house the door contact wakes the key pad and I try to swipe the tag but cant remember if I have ever hit a key. I will try again tm and make sure I hit a key first and...
