sorry for the late reply I’ve been on holiday. I’ve rebooted the router and reset it but no change. How do I power down the panel? Is there an easy way? It’s hard wired in. I could turn off power to the whole downstairs circuit but that would turn everything off.

Actually I've just re-read the fault and it says "front door wireles low batt" is this the wireless front door contact sensor or the wireless keypad near the front door? How do I find out? Thanks

Pyronix enforcer has come up with fault that the wireless keypad battery is low. I have ordered the replacement battery and it has arrived today. I cannot set my alarm at the moment using key fob as it just flashes amber. I have the engineer and user codes. What settings/menu do I need to have...
