    I don't really have anywhere to hide it so that won't be an issue, however I didn't know about that. For future reference, does that mean any connections that can't be accessed once complete can't use a standard terminal strip (clear plastic-screw in type)? Thanks

    Yes, I'm just trying to avoid going into the CU. Plan was just to join the two in a JB essentially making them one. They're on a 20 amp MCB. Just wanted to check that wouldn't be a big no-no for some reason. Thanks a lot
