I’ve just had a herringbone floor laid and I’ve noticed that there a lot of gaps up to 2mm wide and there’s a lot of high points, splinters.
the installer and supplier said this is an allowable tolerance and is like that due to it being a natural product.
they have said they could come...

I’m planning on laying a new wooden floor (engineered wood herring bone) on top of the old square parquet flooring, it’s solid under foot and level is there any reason that this wouldn’t be a good idea.

Hi Guys, im trying to replace a into shower valve but the connections don't look as if there 15mm like a normal mixer shower they look quite large, i have pics but don't know how to get them on here

Would me charging £400 be a good start the work involves mixer shower there is not existing pipe work, Bath, WHB the pipe work has to be cut out and moved, Toilet.
