    My 12v extractor fan has packed up. I have power going from timer to the fan but fan does not turn. If I buy new fan can I connect to the original timer please? Cable connects to live and neutral.

    Lock difficult to open with key.

    I have an era latch lock. Extreemly difficult to open the door using the key. However when the door is open the key opens and closes the latch with no difficulty. Suggestions please.

    I have a baxi condensing gas boiler. Without the immersion heater switched on the hot water is bearable and does not get very hot. With , very hot. Why ? Is it possible to switch off boiler and use immersion heater in Summer? Switch on only if need shower?
