assuming once pump turn off on timing not getting start after that

puma100 boiler ,pump cp61 . working on constant heating but switching off completely on timing

When I open hot water boiler fire up and if i close hot water boiler fire is on for at least 5 mins and rediators starts heating -

do i need to replace the pump or its need service :?

if diverter valve is stuck what i should do

its cp61 , heating doesn't work when i undo black plastic nut it i can see some thing moving fast and burner lights up , shall i need to leave undo or i have to tight it back. thanks in advance

if i pull it out it makes noise like some thing moving fast, do i need to keep boiler off to do all that or it should be on constant heating. :?:
