It is a hard water area but i have clean the shower head and hose and this has not helped it has been like this for about 6 months now, i think it is something to do with the actual shower body

I am having a problem with my shower it has only been in 2 years and i have to have the temp dial at 8 to get any heat and then there is no pressure and have to run around to get wet, whats the problem?
