    Morning, I'm in the middle of a kitchen refit and noticed a bit of a smell coming from where the sink waste passes through the floor. Am I best just to peel the foil back and fill any gaps with plumbers putty, then reseal? All and any suggestions welcome. Thanks

    I'm looking to hang a 3 column vertical radiator approx. 45kg unfilled on a plasterboard on OSB wall. Will I need to reinforce this or will the combined strength of both with some heavy duty fixings be adequate. Thanks.

    How do I finish this window surround?

    Hi All, I've removed the architrave around the window, added a stop bead and plastered up to it, but how do I finish this so it looks neater? My first thought was to slap some wood filler in as the window recess is wood lined. Thoughts would be very much appreciated.
