Yes so I reset the rcd.....went back to kitchen turned iso switch on and off (without touching anything on oven) then it tripped rcd again
I had to leave job without finishing but going back Saturday I was going to bypass iso switch. See what the outcome was least I can rule out switching...
Someone's said about these elements storing moisture
It's a family friend who bought it on a fbook selling site....cheap!
What I meant was that the cooker powers on with the clock and the spark works no bother but soon as i attempt to switch the oven on or oven light even it trips rcd at fuse...
Fitted 6mm circuit today with 45a switch for 10kw range
Powers up via switch clock comes on. Spark for gas hob works but soon as i attempt anything else it trips rcd
Also just found if I turn cooker switch off and on it then trips rcd again
Been a very long day heads busting
