the boiler is just in the garage the central heating has started working by itself now, but stopped again this morning.

yes ive got 230 on orange to earth the flow switch works fine as i put a screw drive in the connection and it lit up as you said pipes and boiler got reall hot

ive checked all volts and they seem fine, check from pcb and to stats im just totally lost

Hi yes the switch is in winter mode and only the on led light shows green all the rest are off unless you turn on the water. i have disconnected the dhw valve and still nothing

Ive tried and they can not get any one here until 10 days time. the heat team guy that called out first just changed parts think thats all his job is. dont understand as when the hot water is on the boiler fires up fine, but with the central heating it fires up then cuts out after 10 secs...

What does the pump actually do ? if it was the pump wouldnt the hot water not work at all ? and why does the boiler fire up for a few seconds then stops but you can hear the pump running

it was the swithch that connected to the dhw flow switch. last night the heating came on for 3 hours as normal, cant get my head around it

sorry first he by passed the switch then just decided to replace the dhw flow switch. when by passed the boiler fired up but then cut out and the boiler was hot but still no central heating
