I have some Uponor Unipipe MLC 16x2mm left from our old house. I have just checked and it's dated 2007 and I wondered if it's okay to use. I know in theory it should be but wanted to check. It has been stored in a garage and out of direct sunlight.

I want to cap it off temporarily until the room has been updated, then I will fit a new WC but in a slightly different position. In order to do that I will need to connect with either a flexible connector or other suitable alternative.

Currently in the process of updating a 1970's house. The downstairs toilet has the original WC and I want to remove it but I'm a bit concerned as it looks like it is cemented in place and it looks a lot to be a larger diameter. I want to cap it off so that I can replace it with a new one so...

Thanks for that. I already have a couple of packs of Karndean Palio core which is why I was thinking of using those. I have put plenty of both Karndean and Amtico glue down but I managed to get the Palio core from eBay as there is just the right amount. Why would glue down be better in this...

I need to level our 2.5 x 1.5m porch so I can lay some Karndean rigid core flooring. The tiles are uneven so I need to get the floor level, what is the best primer and self levelling compound to use for this situation? The tiles are very well stuck down so I don't really want to take them up.
