Hi Neil, Any updates on this project? I'm thinking of doing something similair for my daughter over this winter, for her to use next summer. Been trying to find plans etc, but I think I'm just going to knock something up as I go along!

Managed to strip it down, cleaned the filters, reassembled, and normal service is resumed ;)

Tried readjusting it, with no luck. It's adjusted to the max, and still only a warm output. Confirmed that the boiler kicks in ok when just the shower is turned on. Input on the left is red hot. Going to try taking the bar off later, and cleaning the inlet filter and thermo cartridge.

Thanks for the reply Tony, will give those things a try this evening, and see how it goes. I've some some 'lime-scale' remover, so I'll try soaking the cartridge in that to.

Having found and read the manual (http://www.triton-shower-shop.co.uk/link/1/pwtt0060installation.pdf) I think the thermostat just need re-adjusting, will give it a go tonight and see how it goes.

Hi Tony, Thanks for the reply. The boiler is only about 3 years old, so we've not had it serviced if I'm openly honest. Although I have got a plumber friend coming round next week to service it anyway. On a side note, would this issue in anyway have effected the way my Tirton Dove...

Ended up having to go to the Ilkeston branch of PlumbCenter to pick up a washer for £2.40 !!! Only took me 20mins to swap the old sensor and wiring. The fault wasn't actually a duff sensor, but one of the pins had corroded so much that it had become detached from the sensor and was stuck...

Ah, thanks for the info mate. I was hoping it would come with a new washer. Will get one whilst I'm at PC or PTS later.

have tried searching, but I just get a load of posts saying "... try searching for water hammer....." don't actually find out any actual info !!! lol

thanks for the tip..... :wink: so if I speak to them, and do a little experiment, and find out it is one or other of them, what actions can I take to stop it from occuring ???
