Ok, thanks John. That's what I assumed but thought I'd might as well check. Someone has told me to find the offending pipe and heat it up with a hairdryer. Does that sound like a good idea?!? I could really do without a burst pipe!

Hi, The toilet cistern in our downstairs toilet and the cold water tap in the same room have stopped working. The upstairs toilet and all other cold taps are working fine. It's very cold outside today so I was wondering if this sounds liker a frozen pipe? The house has a combi boiler...
