There is plenty of flow so don't think its that. Where is the flow valve situated?

Can any one help me??? I have just fitted a new bathroom, and put in a 1 bar shower. I already have a two way positive pump system which was already in place. The pump is 3 to 6 bar - have checked this and should be compatible. Since the new shower has been installed, the pump won't kick...
