Would it be okay to use "no nails" to stick on beading or skirting

Had laminate flooring(tile effect) fitted in porch ontop of membrane over concrete floor. It was only after installers left I noticed floor moves up and down at edges when walked on. Porch has brick faced walls on 2 sides and upvc on other 2 so difficult to attach beading to. Fitters tried to...
