i cant reset it, the button wont go in?

anymore suggestions please.

i unscrewed the black screw and it seemed like a little red button, but it wont push it, didnt want to apply a great deal of force, but enough for a button to go in. any ideas?

Hello, our boiler seems to have stopped working, it has a red light on next to a sign of a water droplet with a line through, im assuming its the pressure light? if you press it, it goes out and it seems to kick off but then the red light goes out but after 10seconds it goes back on...
