thanx..but where is the filter.!!!!!

Help needed....the m/c went thru the cycle until it came to the spin/rinse, doesnt work..water will not drain or anything, on/off button flashes very fast along with the second button down on left,(reduce creases)..Please any advice would be most welcome....thanx
