Just checked - last post is incorrect. I can trace 240V going to the main control board. But no power coming back from the board. What signals does the main board need for it to supply 240V to the door switch?

I checked the supply using a multimeter. 240V at the on/off switch and when on, 240V at the door switch.

Hi all, Our Miele washing machine stopped working a few weeks ago - no lights came on. A quick search suggested the door lock switch. This was changed and the machine worked again for 4 washes. On its last wash it stopped part way though. It has the same symptoms as before - Power to the on/off...

I have looked at the PCB module and there are no burn marks, or as far as I can tell dry joints. This module does not have a fuse fitted. The only problem found was arcing on one of the board contacts, cleaning this off has made no difference. One thing I am not sure about is a black plastic...

My Indesit w/m WG1239T will not turn the motor. I have removed the motor and the brushes have plenty of life life in them and the stator windings 'bell' out ok. When a programme is started the timer turns and the w/m fills up and pumps out as it should. What else should I check to fix this?
