    Fitting P.I.R light outside my front door

    Hi. First time on the site. I want to fit an outside P.I.R light to my house. If I fit the light off of a junction box spliced into my light circuit (protected by RCD) should I fit a fused spur on the circuit as well or will the RCD at the consumer unit be sufficient protection ?
