Thanks for the response. Floor is directly on the ground. Floor is made of ceramic tile. I will try the method that you suggested . Does the condensation, if happens. mean that the dampness in the air and not any seeping from under? Correct? Thanks

The floor feels damp. Does not become wet if left for long. You have a damp feel when you walk. This happens in the ground floor . There is no basement. What could be the reasons? What needs to be checked? Thanks
