Laminate and bi-fold door threshold advice

Could I fill with expanding foam, and then screed over the top? Because the bi-fold door frame over laps the cavity, it will be difficult to get some PIR insulation board down the cavity gap.

Laminate and bi-fold door threshold advice

So I’ve now removed the threshold board, and I agree it would look much better to laminate all the way up to the door. I would like do go down this route now and do away with the threshold board. However I’ve got Ethernet cables running in the cavity so I can’t fill it with concrete, and it’s...

Laminate and bi-fold door threshold advice

The doors sit on the outer leaf of brickwork, so I believe if I remove the threshold board the cavity gap would be exposed. It wasn’t filled with concrete or anything.

Laminate and bi-fold door threshold advice

French door fitting advice raising outer leaf

Hi all. I've recently moved in to a 1958 bungalow with a conservatory at the rear. I have removed the living room window at the rear and cut down the brick work below in order to fit French doors (UPVC) to create a walk through from the living room in to the conservatory. The French doors will...
