Think there’s a restriction in the system by the sounds of it - new build property with no hot water cylinder. Yes it’s defo a combi! No issues with cold pressure - still very strong.

Correct yes - both sinks are mixer taps. As soon as you move it towards cold, (cold) water flows

No hot water flows from taps when on hot. The shower does flow however it’s cold- it’s a thermostatic shower.
