I have great experience of watching my regular boiler repairman! However, he is a difficult man to get hold of so narrowing the problem down beforehand is all I am after especially with his charge rate :-D

My CH/HW system only works to it's required efficiency when 3 out of the 7 radiators are on (when both CH and HW are on). Any more than this and the water taes much longer to heat up and the radiators are not as hot as they should be. It seems as if the CH is drawing heat away from the HW..maybe...
