    I have great experience of watching my regular boiler repairman! However, he is a difficult man to get hold of so narrowing the problem down beforehand is all I am after especially with his charge rate :-D

    My CH/HW system only works to it's required efficiency when 3 out of the 7 radiators are on (when both CH and HW are on).
