Our machine will not drain at the spin cycle, the dial clicks round and round. When you select spin manually a horrible buzzer sounds, does anyone know what is wrong with it? Thanks

Our CH is fine, but the HW is very intermittent. In the shower (and the kitchen taps!) the water is hot and then for no reason the boiler switches off and the water goes cold :( then it decides to switch on again and is hot :) , does anyone know what the problem could be? There just seems to be...
