Does this sound like an electrical problem which will require an engineer?

It could be im not too sure. It's just weird how water doesn't enter and if I put water in manually it won't drain

I put the machine on a wash programme and it does now make the filling noise it used to make but doesn't fill with water or drain water .

I have checked all pipes and there are no blockages anywhere.

I borrowed a meter and pump seems to be ok. Should I take off all pipes and just check for blockages although I'm quite sure they aren't.

How do I check this? Sorry I've never had to fix a wm before. Do you have photos or diagram of what I need to check Thanks

When set to pump out nothing happens at all, no noises? I'm not sure how to check the sump

I've undone the filter and water is pouring out, obviously the water I previously poured in

The filter and the front of the machine at the bottom?

How would I know if the pump is running? Could there be a blockage because all that blocked it was water?

I tried that. No water was pumped out and made a loud noise like it shouldn't really make
