Guys we update!! after Air bleeding the pump, zone 2 with 28mm 2 port valve zone started working with no issues boiler was on for 1hr.30mins without switching off.....however boiler is still switching off for zone 1 and 2 which runs off 22mm port valve any advice please

I thought it might be faulty programmer and this programmer is cheap and I had this as spare and thought will give it a go!! it does the same work as T740m any way...

Still in Limbo!! I replaced the programmer today from Drayton 740m to Heatmiser tm4-ts....still no luck...boiler shuts off every 1 or 2 mins....Can I replace the pump? or 2 port valves? Any advise will be appreciated

2 port valve is switching on the boiler and pump. how can they shut off? I checked the valve lever it was easily moving(open) when boiler was on and aswell as boiler was off....it may be something else?

its vented system...pump is set to maximum speed and I can see pump is running and piping hot!!

Mogget ..Yes return pipe is hot... Yes there is Auto-bypass valve .I think 0.2 bar as default. Rads are slightly hot...

Pump is running I can see the noise of water circulation. But boiler switch off every 2-3 minutes and fire back after 5-6 mins. Rads are cold aswell.

Just to confirm that I have made wiring as per Hailsham instruction and everything working treat!!! So far no sound from boile I see pump is running after boiler stop supplying heat! Thank very much for your help guys!!!
