hi, got a 3phase (415v 6000w) deep fat fryer with blue, red yellow, two blacks and earth. am I right to assume both blacks should connect to neutral? thanks in advance.

Why on earth would you sleeve the blue from the light brown when it is obviously a neutral and not a switched live?????

i may be wrong but i seem to remember reading somewhere that crimps are only suitable on 6amp circuits as they are not rated high enough for 15 or 32amp circuits.!

The incoming neutral has melted due to terminal screws not being tightened properly, the terminal is now knackered as the screws have seized up, so I can't reuse it. the entire inner switch and fuse assembly removes easily. so to avoid a lot of hassle (due mainly to lack of space) I was thinking...
