Not sure if this makes any difference. I switched all upstair zones off except the room not heating. As you can see actuator pin up. One pipe is hotter than other.
-No heat in room told to get actuator changed
-Still no heat in room so I removed actuator and and heat went into room
-told then the thermostat must be faulty so had to change that
- once thermostat changed heat stop going to room with actuator on or off
- the loop was purged and a new boiler...

If anyone is close by and and willing I'll be happy for your expertise.
I never employed them, the main contractor of the build brought them in. Wish now they didn't
He seems to be saying it heated when the actuator was removed.
But instead of checking for a supply to the actuator instead it was just replaced with a new one. So surprisingly it did not work either!
Just changing parts is not using any kind of diagnostic skills and can be very expensive...
Very experienced and reputable firm used, trying to fix another outfits problem. It's one of them things I just want sorted now as its dragged on for so long now
Sorry, is the manifold the one with the actuators are connected to??
The heating is set at 22 degrees and flow rate at 1 1/2 litres per min. The wee flow pin for this room isn't working it's just open full.
I'm not sure what that is, I have taken a pic of the downstairs one. The upstairs is harder to get to. The upstairs settings are white box is set at auto, the black level 3 and red around 50. Hope this helps
The pressure going to the room, I'm not sure of the correct terms. I know the boiler pressure was adjusted. Some other things adjusted but would not have a clue the names.
Sorry dan,
The control strategy has been worked with but to no avail, balanced out
No furniture in room until last month so not the issue
The room has heated up 2 months ago so would indicate no damage to pipes
Has been suggested yesterday the size of piping in room but unlikely.
Room did try...
You need to find the reason why that actuator is not opening. I would have thought it points to a control or wiring issue
Thanks but this has been checked and actuator is opening.
